ILR 5 years period is from the first visa approved date or first visa applied ?
My first visa been applied 14/7//2014 and approved 05/12/2014 ,my extended been approved on 5/12/2017.
what my earliest date to apply ILR ? thanks

Date if visa issue is the start date for qualifying period for ILR.

You can apply within 28 days of 05/12/19 as you complete continuous period of 60 months on 04/12/19.
Ur safe to apply from 08/11/19
