Tier 1 to LR Successful in Appeal

Just to give hope to the people in the same boat.
My husband applied for ILR on the basis of 5 year Tier 1 in January 2016 through premium service, however they held the application and didn't give the decision on the same day. This application was refused in August 2016 due to tax amendments.
He then applied for ILR on the basis of LR in October 2016. He completed his 10 years in February 2017. This application was also refused in February 2018 with appeal rights. The appeal was adjourned two times before we won the appeal in first tribunal (October 2018). HO challenged this decision(Nov 2018) which was refused in Dec 2019. HO challenged again in Upper tribunal (Jan 2019, two weeks late) which was also refused in Feb 2019.
Finally, we received our BRP on 14th March. Now applied for our two kids for MN1.
Glad this turmoil is over.
Wishing best of luck for everyone waiting!
