Urgently Visa Expiring,,,35 - 28 = 7 days short of ILR,,, what to do ???

Visa issued = 21-05-2014
Can apply ILR on (5 Years - 28 days) = 23-04-2019
but,
Visa Expiry = 16-04-2019
Even if I apply 28 days early, I still have 7 days short, so confused and feared, what should I do ? I am on Tier 2 dependant visa.
1. Can I apply early for ILR ?
2. If not apply early, can I apply for 6 months extension, then I don't have to pay IHS ?

Also,
Main applicant is getting child benefits and I am on Tier 2 dependent, this guide says,
When you apply for settlement, you and your partner must:
be living together in your own accommodation
not be using public funds

Soooo confused, Kindly guide.

Better not to

No such extension
Apply for extension and then vary application to ILR within ur qualifying period.
Start filling out the application now.
As long as the CB isn't in ur name you should be fine.

Hi Dear,
Possibly u should legalise ur stay in uk for that 7days short.
can u be more specific in ur immigrationHistory
May be u can apply for Dependent Visa /T-2 or other suitable visa which ever suites ur situation.
GoodLuck
I can try applying Tier 2 dependent but online form asks for sponsor license of main applicant but company which sponsored don't exists anymore... no way moving forward
