Refund for Supra Steria Appointment

Hi there
I had booked an appointment at Supra Steria website for ILR Application Boimetrics and paid £60. I know there is an option to cancel the appointment at Supra Steria web dashboard. Can we cancel and rebook the appointment without any further charge on some more preferred time and date please?
