Your question is very vague.

What was your visa category before you got ILR and then British Citizenship? Or are you British by birth?
What visa did your wife enter UK on?

I went through your history. You got your ILR on 5 year Tier 1 general. What visa did your wife get? PBS dependent or you got FLR(M) for her?

my wife got pbs dependent visa.
i have been through my documnets and went through some guidance.
as director of company we never transfered the wages to our account and i have done this last month which is 800 a month for both, is this a problem? i can provide payslip, accountant letter and bank statement as proof of payment. if this is problem can i not claim this and only claim dividends? with dividends only our both income is way more than 18600.
please advise.

Are you sure she got PBS dependent visa? As your history shows you applied for FLR(M) for your wife in your older posts.
You have to be sure as there are different forms for ILR for different routes.
