Thank you for your quick reply.
However I was reading past forums on here and it says you have to provide documents for entrepreneur visa is that true?
Also I was working while I was on entrepreneur visa it was legal though I gave my visa to the company and they accepted so not sure if that's ok or not?
Please advise me.

No. However note that HO could ask for any additional documentation for previous visas held if they wish, generally to ensure all your various visa conditions have been met. This is not often done though.

When you say 'working', do you mean as a PAYE employee working for another company and not your own??

Yes as a PAYE for the other company, then after a year or so I got married my husband is British and changed my visa category to spouse, and when I done that they haven't asked me anything about my entrepreneur visa at that time.

So you were in breach of your tier 1 entrepreneur visa conditions.
Surely you knew that you are not allowed to work for another employer or business other than your own??
What made you believe that working on another companies payroll as an employee was legal on tier 1 entrepreneur visa??

It is up to you which route you choose to go.
Breaches of visa conditions, if it missed at ILR stage, will likely be noticed at British citizenship stage.
Note that HO does do checks with HMRC and your tax and income record.

Even though if I go through spouse visa route? Regardless of what my visa history is I am eligible for ILR and followed by British citizenship right?
Do you think if I hire a solicitor would help me?

You are eligible for ILR on spouse visa route. HO can still check your HMRC history but would be mostly concerned about the 5 years on spouse visa.
For citizenship, the form asks you to state your immigration history and in another section your employment for the last 10 years.
A solicitor has no influence on ILR or citizenship applications.

Thank you for your help.
So do you think I should apply ILR under spouse visa ? Or 10 years route?

For both ILR and citizenship, you, as an individual, need to meet the requirements of the rules and laws.
