Financial requirement for ILR

I have had ILR since Jan 2014. My wife and child have been living with me in the UK since Jul 2014, and we are looking for apply for ILR for them in Jun this year. I have a question regarding financial requirement.
I have recently purchased a property, and so I don't have much cash savings and I need to repay £2k per month for the mortgage.
My wife doesn't work and has no income, but I am fulltime employed, with basic salary of over £40k per annum, and bonuses & commission of over £50k as shown in my latest P60.
Taking into account all above, do you think we could meet the financial requirement for ILR? Shall I just provide a letter from my employer stating my income including bonuses and commission in each month over the past year, together with the payslips, P60, and bank statements showing the payments from my employer?
Would the mortgage have any negative impact on the ILR application? Would it be helpful to show my ownership of the property I recently purchased?
It would be great if you could point me at some official documents or immigration rules on gov.uk. Thanks!
