ILR Salary requirements 35800

Hi,
I am applying for ILR next month.
My national salary(37000) easily matches 35800 criteria but i have a pansion plan that reducing it to 35694.
So my question is which salary can be considered here, national salary or sacrificed salary?
Any help would be appreciated.
