ILR application time on set m five years route

Hi there if anyone please help me with this question,I am currently on spouse visa 5 year route it’s issue date was 25/04/2014, my visa will expire in 12/06/2019. Can I apply for indefinite leave using my issue date or I need to apply according to my visa expiry date.? Is there any risk if I apply 28 days prior to my flrm issue date ? Please help I am really confused and is it ok that my husband takes child tax credits and he is the working member too? Thank you

No, not if it was issued outside the UK (your post is not clear on this)
or I need to apply according to my visa expiry date.?
You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you ENTERED the UK.
Is there any risk if I apply 28 days prior to my flrm issue date ?
Yes, you risk refusal as you don't meet the residence requirement.
is it ok that my husband takes child tax credits and he is the working member too?
Fine if he claiming in joint names with you and not as a 'single' person.

Thank you for quick reply. I came in Uk as a tier one dependent on 25/01/2011, I switched to flrm on 25/04/2014 as my husband got settlement through long residency I hope it clears your questi so can I apply according to my flrm issue date as it was issued in Uk. Thank you

The you can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your FLR(M) visa issue date or anytime after that but before your visa expires.
You could have applied already.

Don't forget you need English B1 and LIUK and you must meet the financial requirements again with minimum 6 months evidence.

Yes, that's right I have already fulfilled that requirement, thanks for your consideration. Only one last thing is it necessary to provide accommodation letter from housing or not.

You need to provide evidence of cohabitation for the last two years in joint names or addressed individually to each of at the same address.
