Hi
I have CCJ for not paying credit card bill on time and that went to CCJ and county court has given judgement in 2016, In 2018 I have called the agency and paid the credit card bill in two instalments and collected certificate of satisfaction from the county court. I'm applying for ILR on tier 2, 5 years route, I am worried about this CCJ one what consequences will be there and does it effects to ILR decision and is there any chances to reject the application, I am declaring the CCJ in the application and explaining the same thing in the application and attaching county court satisfaction letter.

Want to take serious opinions, will it affect my ilr application next month, I going for the super-priority service 24hrs decision.

Please if someone through same situation and experts tell the best way to tackle this situation.
Thanks in advance

Thank you for the reply, though I declare in the ILR application along with a certificate of satisfaction no need to worry?, in the credit file still, I have an entry though I paid completely and collected certificate.. Shall I mention in the application as it is a civil issue and I have agreed to the payments and fully paid off and I am happy to show the proofs.

thank you once again, Zimba for the quick reply

It has no effect on your ILR. You do not need to send any documents
