No you do not need to satisfy the investment requirement again as per rules. However I suggest to have very good explanation if you pulled the money out and but never invested in your new business. That might be seen as an abuse of immigration rules and HO might look into it again. Tier 1E applicants are being screened more and more and this could happen during your ILR :!:

Thank you very much dear zimba
Further to my case I want to ask few more things, please guide,
Their is no record of investment or asset being transfered when new company was open. So basically new company started with nothing.

And also my 10 yr root is also option only for me, (not for family) as they are here about 6 yrs on enterpenure dependent. And their visa also finishes with me. Many saying to me go for 10 Yr root as it is more secure and after that you can apply for family, but don't know which root will be available for them.

If you apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence, your dependents have to switch to FLR(M) and meet the English and Financial requirements. The financial requirements you have to meet depends on how many dependents your have, if any children are UK born or not etc.

Note that HO could still scrutinise your time spent on Tier 1 Ent even if you apply based on long residence.

Hi, zimba
I have applied ILR on 10 year root through super premium service, its more then 10 days I did not hear from HO, my previous visa was enterpenure, but my 10 years completed one month before, so I applied for 10 Yr root.
Shell I contect to HO for update?

Thanks

You should wait to hear back. Priority service is not a guaranteed service
P.S. It is the long residence route and not root
