Tier 1 Staff Jobs

I understand that we need to create 2 jobs for 12 months for ILR. If we were to promote a staff to a senior position, can we consider the staff for 1 job (taking into account both current and senior positions)?

You mean to say 1 employee completes 12 months job and the same employee then is promoted and completes another 12 months job with a new job title so you have 2 FT jobs with the same employee??

I mean staff A at current position for 8 months and 4 months at a senior position. Can we consider staff A as 1 job?

No one job/position has to exist for 12 months each. That is my perception. Wait for others to respond.

Unlikely but not impossible if you have other employees
Employees can be promoted within their job too.
You don’t need to change the job designation unless the job description is totally different.
Keep in mind employees may come and go.
Jobs are performed by employees.
Anyways.. give more detail on how you are planning to show job creation..
