Hello,

I believe I have a made huge mistake when I applied for ILR on 12/2/19. I had received a work permit ( Turkish worker visa ) on 05/01/19 valid for 2 years and 8 months however, as I had the Turkish worker visa for 5 continuous years starting from 12/12/2013, I was eligible to apply for ILR so, I straightaway applied for ILR on 12/2/19 after getting my new Turkish worker visa..Is it true that I could only apply 28 days before my valid visa ends and, if I apply much earlier, it will automatically be rejected.

I am very upset due to the fact that I made such a stupid mistake...

It is 28 days before reaching 5 years OR before your visa expires.
