ILR requirements for dependant

Hi,
I'm asking this question on behalf of my friend, who is confused and unable to find any clear guidance about his wife visa application.
He was on tier1 entrepreneur visa and got ILR last week on the basis on 10 years long residency. His wife is still on tier 1 dependant visa until January 2020.
My question is on which visa category his wife should now apply for? His wife joined him when he was on PSW in 2013 and already completed 5 as a tier1 entrepreneur dependant. Can she apply for ILR?
If not, when would she be able to apply to qualify for ILR and on which visa catagory she needs to apply now?
Urgent reply from senior members will be highly appreciated!
Thanks in advance

FLR(M) spouse visa and meet the English and financial requirements of minimum £18,600pa.

No she cannot as her spouse got ILR based on long residence and NOT the PBS route. There is no option for other than to switch to FLR(M)
If not, when would she be able to apply to qualify for ILR and on which visa catagory she needs to apply now?
Switch to FLR(M), which resets the 5 year route to ILR. If she meets the requirements in 2023 though, she can apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence too.
