ILR application help

Hi,
My name is Jay. I am a British citizen. My wife and two children came to the UK as my (UK citizen at that time) dependant five years ago. Now both my children are over 18. I am little confused about the application form to use to apply ILR for my wife and children. When I looked into FLR (M), I couldn't find an option of dependent to British citizen. I could see many other route such as dependant to point based application, Tier 1, Tier 2, and many more.
It is highly appreciated if anyone could please explain me on what application form I should use to apply ILR for both my wife and children.
