Hi guys,

So this is a quick one - submitted my documents today for Set LR. To my surprise they did not take the originals off me and only have copies of all my passports etc.. So I still have my travel documents, however, my BRP has expired but as I applied beforehand I still have the legal right to live and work pending decision, my question is am I able to travel for work related purposes?

Best,

Harry

No. If you travel outside UK, your application will be withdrawn.

No, you cannot travel out of the UK. If you do, you will have no way to get back in as your visa has expired. Your application will also be considered withdrawn and your Section 3C protection will end.
