Hi my name is mehmet i have had indefinite at 2014 after than i have disease (psychos) i stood in queen elizabeth hospital 52 days after than i went to turkey for treatment i didint go to uk since 2015 my treatment will finish in november.. im planing to go back uk can i get indefinite again .. i have turkish hospital paper as well.. can you let me know plz.. thank you

Your ILR has now lapsed so you cannot return unless you apply and get a returning resident visa. I am not sure how having a disease and treatment can be used to argue you cannot stay here given that NHS is free here anyway. You may be able to come back if you can show you have strong ties to the UK
