Can I select 'No' to being a company director if company is 3 months old and not trading

Dear Colleagues,

I'm a British Citizen sponsoring my wife's ILR. I'm relying completely on my salaried employment for the financial requirements to be met. My wife and I have recently become directors of a limited company, but our company is only 3 months old and not trading yet. On the ILR application form, can I select 'No' to being a company director? Do I need to explain this in a separate letter that we are company directors but not trading yet? Thank you in advance.

Just say No as you are not relying on it.
