Please help with the appointment confusion

Visa runs out on 30th May 2019 and I just made a payment for the application but when I book the appointment with sopra it does not show any appointment until 6th June 2019.
Please help this is new to me doing everything online. Can’t i Book appointment After the visa expire date because application has been submit ?
Advice me what to do.

Your date of application is the date you pay and submit your application. Biometrics date is irrelevant. You get 45 working days to provide your biometrics. Biometrics before or after visa expiry does not matter.

As you know I have made my payment and submit my application today 17 May and visa expire on 30th.
As per your advice I can book the appointment within 45 days ! Appointment available is on 6th June.
But how about to upload documents in sopra ? Can I do that later or I will have to submit it before my visa runs out .
Please advice.

Dear experts please advice with the documents upload.
Got sopra appointment after the visa expired but paid and submit online application yesterday.
Please guide if I upload the documents after the visa expires and before the appointment date would it be any problem ?
