My partner nonEU(unmarried) which living with me appling for ILR trough his british child. he has included me in his application as current partner. im renting properity trough agency but i didnt tell them yet tham my partner has moved in as he is vaiting for his ILR cos they would not allowe him to move as he doesnt has right to stay for now. my question Could the HO contact agency/home ovner ?
