What is the earliest?

Hi what is the earliest I can apply for my wife ilr, she on the 5 year route, I meet the requirement with two jobs ,
Entry clearance was 20 may 2014 , entered country 10th june 2014
Further leave to remain valid until 20 Aug 2019

No sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date of entry to the UK.

Is that from date of entry to UK take 28 days from that ?
I'm ready to do it July 18th ?

Yes, no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered country on 10th June. You must apply before the visa expires.
I'm ready to do it July 18th ?
If that is when you wish to apply then apply but you can apply before that.

Hi CR001, sorry to ask this question on this thread - For the OP, you are suggesting that we can apply visa 28 before her spouse's entry date to UK whereas in some other forums its 28 days before the visa approval date. Is it because the OP's spouse would be on a dependent visa? just for my clarity.

Don't confuse the different rules for PBS dependents and Spouse settlement visa holders. They are two completely different visa categories and rules.
PBS Dependents - date of visa issue for ILR.
Spouse settlement visa - Date of ENTRY to the UK for ILR.
