This is my history working as BDM with same sponsor from may 2014 to Nov 2018

Sponsor licence Revoked in 2015 Jan
Sponsor licence reinstated in 2015 March

Applied for tier 2 ext may 2015
Tier 2 extended till may 2020

HO visit due to sponsor licence renewal in 2018 jan
Compliance audit on march 2018
Revoked sponsor september 2018
Interviewed other migrants except me and found out they were not working in role to cos

Left sponsor nov 2018
Found a new sponsor applied for visa december 2018
Approved till may 2020

I am applying for ilr in June
Previous sponsor was paying 30k per annum
New sponsor paying 37k per annum.

Applying super priority
Doc submitted 3 months pay slip and bank statement
And previous employee absence letter
Current employer confirming pay and needed for foreseeable future.
And liuk pass certificate

What are the chances of approval

Did you submit evidence of meeting the English B1 requirement?

I studied in Uk so have done online submission of the above along with my degree certificate.

Applying for super priority on 13th.

Any advise from members would be much appreciated!!

Thanks cr001 any chance if there will be hold because of sponsor change and new sponsor paying more than the previous sponsor got my new tier 2 brp with the same validity on Jan 2019
