Hello good people,

I’ve gone through the Fees 2019 pdf doc from the Gov.uk website but can’t get the complete information I’m looking for. So pls can someone kind enough help me out here? Thanks.

Query:

Visa Fees for Tier 1 Entrepreneur going on to ILR applying in the UK.

Visa Fees for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant extending stay in the UK under the same route (not ILR).

Please can you also be kind enough too to inform me of all the costs including IHS & maintenance funds involved in making both applications? The applications will be done standard, no premiums.

P.S: Just incase you’re wondering, dependant has been in the UK for less than 5 years on the route and so may not be eligible to apply with the main applicant for ILR, hence extending visa.

1. You should ask your tier 1 dependent questions in the tier 1 sub forum as it is not relevant to the ilr sub forum. Dependent will apply for a 3 year extension. IHS is £1200. Not sure of visa fee. £630 maintenance funds held for 90 days.

2. Ilr is £2389 plus the biometric charge and whatever service you choose for ukcvas sopra steria.
