You could have applied already, the earliest a person can apply is within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK. You must apply before your visa expires though.

All documents should be uploaded. You should still take originals with you in case any uploads are not good enough and have to be redone at the centre.
Who are they referring to?

Hi eveyone hope your all having a good day
I am going to be applying for my wifes ilr 5 year route and need help on few parts of the application form.
1: when can i apply?
She entered uk on the 09/06/2014
And her bio metric expires 18/08/2019
2: Are you part of any social groups or do you have other cultural ties in your country of birth, nationality or any other country where you have lived for more than 5 years?
Am so confused what to say here.
3:Are they a director or non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK?
They refering to me or the company i work for?
4: Other grounds for wanting to stay in the UK
Do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK? (Required)
For example, include any information you wish to be considered about the welfare or best interests of any children you have in the UK. You must demonstrate you have a genuine, subsisting and active parental relationship
Help
Thanks in advance

Kindly desist from digging up 2018 topics and tagging on!! Please also bear in mind that we are all unpaid volunteers with normal jobs and family commitments.

This was already answered above when you asked.

Nothing to do with social media. Simply asking about church, social groups such as book clubs, university alumni etc etc.
3:Are they a director or non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK?

If you are a PAYE employee, the question is irrelevant as you are not a director.
4: Other grounds for wanting to stay in the UK

Not mandatory to complete and if you do, it is based on your circumstances. There is no right or wrong answer.
