Hello,

Could you please help clarify if the following supporting docs for ILR if dated as below are fine or would you recommend to have any of the docs a little later please.

First Tier 2 Gen Issue date : 20 July 2014
Date of entry : 22 July 2014

Assuming the correct 28 day calculation is from Date of Entry , the date for application is : 24 June 2019

1. Employer Letter and Absence letter - Will be dated 19 June or 20 June.

2. Latest payslip issue date : 29 May

3. Bank statement : I will have to get a mid Month statement from HSBC to reflect the May Salary, as the HSBC statements are generated on 28th each month.

Could you please review the above dates and let me know if they are in order.

Thank you

You count from initial visa issue date and not date of entry.

Your supporting documents must be dated up to and including the date of online application and submission.

Hi @CR001

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

The 28 days calculation, is now clear that, i can apply from 22nd June.

However, your guidance

"
Your supporting documents must be dated up to and including the date of online application and submission.

I am not sure, if i understood it correctly.
Could you please help explain, does it mean, the supporting documents should be dated within the 28 day period ?

Thanks again

They cannot be dated more than 28 days before date of application and they cannot be dated after the date of online application.
