30 days short of ILR

Good day

Will try to keep it short and simple and appreciate any help from members.

I will be running 30 days short before I can apply for 10-year ILR route.

Questions:

1- Can I apply for FLR(FP) in the meantime to buy some time?
2- Can I switch / withdraw my FLR to ILR whilst the FLR application is still in process? or do I have to wait for outcome?
3- Does FLR counts towards 10 year ILR?
4- If FLR is refused and in the meantime my 10 years will be complete can I then apply for ILR ?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Regards
SAM

What is your full 10 year UK immigration history including all visa dates?

What date did you enter the UK?

Hi

I arrived in UK 18th May 2011 on Tier 4.
Switched to Tier 4 dependant on 10th Sept 2014 which will run out on 3rd April 2022 and I can apply on 20th April 2022 earliest for ILR with 28 days rule.

Hope this helps.
Regards

Hi Mate

Please accept my sincere apologies. I got the dates wrong. The visa runs out in 2021 not 2022.

Also I have 2 kids here since 10th Sept 2014 who never left country. Are they any help to us?
