hi,

i am a dependent of tier 2 employee. she went on tier 2 on 14th July 2014 and changed sponsor while extension and with second sponser now, completing 5 years in tier 2.

1) does she needs to get letter from previous employer for absence from uk for those 3 years with them?
or
She went on maternity in feb 2019 and maternity ends in oct 2019. during maternity
period , two months along with pay cheques, some extra amount were deposited. will it be a
problem for applying ilr during materniy ? as per the requirements , needs to show all payslips in maternity.
will it be better to apply after return back to work early either in august or september and show 1 month
pay slip and bank statements as normal application. please advise.
thanks,
ans
