Will my IELTS certificate be acceptable for ILR?

Hello

Thank you for your attention. I am in the middle of filling ILR application;(SET(M) form and I am a bit confused.

I have two IELTS certificates dated in 2012 and 2013(I can't remember which one I used exactly), which used it for FLR(M) and I didn't need to take another exam when I extended FLR(M). Now I am applying SET(M) and required SELT unique electronic reference number.
I can only find centre number, candidate number and test report form number. Which one should I use?

Another question is the certificate I took in 2012, which was taken back in my country, is still on the Approved secure English language tests and test centres list. However, 2013 certificate, which I was taken in the UK, is not on the list. So that means I will need to use 2012 one only?

or do I need to take a new exam that will give the electronic ref number? I have checked the language requirement with the Home Office in numerous occasions and they told me that I won't need to take any more language test as I was granted when I applied FLR(M) already and I can use it until I get UK passport.
