ILR Tier 2

Hi All
I will be applying for my ILR via tier 2 this month. Below are my previous visa
Tier 4 Student visa 17.09.2009 - Nov 2012
Tier 1 PSW visa 15.12.2011 – 15.12.2013
Tier 2 General 02.08.2013 – 12.08.2016
Tier 2 General 06.07.2016 – 02.08.2019
I have 3 passports
2009-2014 (lost)
Apr2014-Aug 2019
Feb 2019 - Aug 2024
I have 3 questions
1. When did you first entered the UK - should that be 02/08/2013?
2. I've lost my first passport. Would this be a problem? Or my last 2 passports will be fine since it covers 5 years period Apr 2014 - Jul 2019?
3. Time left the UK - Should I enter every holiday outside the UK from the moment I got my first Tier 2 visa 02.08.2013 or from Apr 2014(2nd passport date)?
