SET(O) Tier-1 (Ent) Processing times observation

Dear Members of the forum,
We are glad to be members of the wonderful forum. Great big thanks to Moderators especially Zimba, CR001, tier1147 and others who made contribution. Its our turn to share what we know for the benefit of the members those who are still swimming the ocean.
Me & my partner observing the forum for last 9 months. Processing time for the application jumped from 3 months to 6 months from Nov'18 since they introduced super priority for other categories. However, the good thing is HO respecting their service standards and processing the applications in last 2 weeks before completing the 6 months period. More than 90% of the applicants those posted in this great forum got their applications processed upon reaching 6 months mile stone from the date of application.
Very few members those who did not heard at 6 months mile stone, got their interview phone call in 8th month giving only 2-7 days notice. So if any one did not hear anything with in 6 months + 2 weeks time, get ready for the interview. Lots of input about the interview posted by other members before, search the forum and find your own shoe size.
For those who are making their application, we would recommend to submit some evidence of the work done by your business in precise manner and some additional evidence to prove genuineness of employment creation.

Thanks for the observation and congratulations! True majority Tier 1 Ent applications seem to be processed between 5-6 months with only a very few exceptions. One should be mentally prepared for 6 months.

Hi Aman90,
1. Submitted screen shots of our apps in apple store, google play store, bank statements showing the income received from the same.
2. For each employee: employee tax code notices received from HMRC to the business address, payroll summary page showing all deductions, employee pension documents received from pension provider (These are not mandatory documents, but he decided to include as each one is precise, but showing valuable info)

Perhaps photographs of employees actually working could prove genuineness of employees
. BACs/PAYE/RTI are more than enough to support credibility of employees in theory
