URGENT - PLEASE HELP appointment TOMORROW (TYPO ON FORM)

Hello
My super priority appointment is tomorrow for my biometrics and document uploading.
I was just going through my form and I noticed that on the actual application form I must have accidentally made a typo because the expiry of my biometrics reads: July 8th 2017 - however it is actually July 8th 2019.
I will obviously be submitting my biometric card copy - which has the actual date. The issue date is Jan 6 2017 - which is correct.
What do I do? Include a note which explains the typo for upload?
