Dear Friends

I entered to UK on last week of September 2009 as a student with my dependant wife. Later after PSW I entered to Entrepreneur route , first application refused but after a year FTT was successful then extension was successful after admin review. I am completing my 10 year long residency in September 2019 . My query is, I got the business but only employees me at the moment. Would this affect on my application ?
Secondly I got my child entered UK on 2011 and he’s now 12 years. Would he be eligible to apply ILR at the same time as we do?

Please help.

Yes you can apply for ILR without issues. Your child can only get ILR when both you and your wife are granted ILR
