ILR super priority refund

Hello all,
I have received my decision 2 weeks ago and on the letter they have noted the they will refund the super priority element however this was not yet refunded up to now. I'm just wondering how long should I wait before chasing it out and which email better to contact?
Any feedback is much appreciated.

You can chase anytime you like (even now). Worth waiting another 2 weeks though.

Useful to state the time frame also. There is no need to involve MP just after 2 weeks.
Best to wait another 2 weeks otherwise write to HO.

Did they give the reason to why they are refunding the Super Priority fee? I understand they decided the application after two weeks and not the same day but that is normally not the reason for the refund.
My decision was also one week late but they didn't tell me that they'll refund.

Hello telreh,
They noted on the letter that they did not met the standard time that's why they would give me the refund surely you can have to write a complain letter to HO.
Although reund process took 6 week before it was credited on my account.
