entered in uk feb 2010 study visa
then got my PSW

Applied my intial application for tier1 in july 2014
21 august 2014 got approval
August 2017 applied for tier1 extension .

Recieved refusal 30 April 2018 by

Admin review accepted july 2018
interview call had interview jun 2019
received my BPR in july 2019

when i applied my tier 1 entrepreneur extension in 2017 i had one dependent (my wife).
my baby born on 27th March 2019 during my application was in process.

1. question can I apply for my baby's British passport after my ILR is approved?

2. i had private car park ticket which i was unable to pay had couty court letters I ignored those letters
after that, I had county court judgment. will it affect my ILR or citizenship?

1. Yes, you can
2. As long you paid and resolved the issue, it shouldn't be a problem, give them proofs that you sorted it out.
