Questions for Application (ILR- SET(M))

Hi,

Finally I can apply for ILR (SET-M) after FLR(M) 5years route.

I tried to fill in the online form and dont know what to do for some sections. could you advise for me please?

1. OUT OF UK/ Absence details (dates and reasons since you started living here?)
-> I started filling all my holiday info since 2014 but I have been staying here since Aug 2012. Should I add all my holidays since Aug 2012 as well?

**My visa history is following:
: August 2012 - August 2014 / Tier 5 / 2yrs
: August 2014 - Feb 2017 / FLR(M) / 2.5yrs
: Feb 2017- Aug 2019 / FLR(M) / 2.5 yrs

2. Do you have a valid national identity card?
-> I dont have a national ID card(from my origin) anymore and I have only passport now for my ID.Should i filled my passport details in this section? or just say NO?

3. Other reasons why you need/want to stay in the UK?
-> settled here with my husband(British citizen) but except that reason, I dont know what to say more?
Would it be okay if I leave it as blank?????

4. Application could be made from 22nd July as my current ones will be expired on 19th August.
My salary will come through 27th July.
Would it be okay to submit all evidence for the financial requirement(bank statement/payslips..) between Jan 2019- Jun 2019 only if I apply for the ILR before 27th July? or should I wait for few days until I could have other docs stated on July?

5. Bills/letters
I have some utility bills(water/electricity) which was printed from our online account as we do not have the original letter. would it be okay? or do I need to ask the provider to send an original ones?

Thank you very much for your help in advance!!! :)

Only absence while on FLR(M) visa is relevant.

Answering NO is fine.

You can leave blank.

I would suggest wait a few days and apply after 27th so you have recent up to date documents.

You need documents form 3-6 different sources spread evenly over the last two years, either in joint names or addressed to each of you at the same address.

Hi ,

I have two jobs, one for full-time perm and another one is part-time occasional basis.

I found out that I need 12 months bank statement,payslips etc if I add my part-time job on the application.
My salary for full-time job meets the financial requirement but ...Obviously my part-time job doesnt because i worked for them prob 10 hours for last few months.

Can I just add my full-time job details only on the application? I am not sure it is necessary to add all jobs as too much hassle;;;

Could you advise me this please? ;;;; ;

Any moderator could help me this?

My full-time job meet already financial requirement and does not combine the salary with my 2nd job.
Would it be okay to add the details of the full-time job only ?

Thank you so much your help!!!

Hi Konzo,

Thank you so much. I was overthinking that HO would check all my employment history;;;;

Can I ask one more thing please?
Regarding to consent form, I understand I have to sign the first one, my husband have to sign the 2nd one. However, for 3rd one, do I need to sign as well? I do not submit any docs in 3rd party joint names except my husband. Sounds a bit silly but I am so under the pressure to be all correct for the application.

I would be really grateful if you help me one more thing! :)

Regards,

Min
