Hi,

I have applied for ILR with super priority service on 1st of july 2019 received a letter on 3rd that my case issues exceptionally complex issue to be decided in 24 hours. Since then No response. I have the correct salary threshold for ILR so no issues with that.

After carefully going through my 5 years i have found in Jun 2016 i have switched employer . My previous job last date was 17.06.16 and my new job start was 20.06.16 so there were no gaps and smooth switch but from 20.06.19 to 04 April 2017 the salary should be according to me £23653.84 but my new employer paid me £23750. I don't know why they have done it, may be they got confused with because i started in the middle of the month. They have paid me what i think £96.16 extra then what it should be according to my COS. Is over payment of any kind a problem

Can please someone help regarding this issue as i am very stressed.. How it will effect and any advice what can i do to let home office know about it?

The cos salary is the Minimum that must be paid. Being paid more is not an issue. You are overthinking.

Hi cr001,

Thank you for coming back to me so quickly. I have seen your responses on this forum and fan of your to the point and positive responses.

Can you please answer one more of my question my salary was increased with £3000 3 month prior to me applying for before increase my salary was £33000 and i am not the only one who’s salary was increased in the company.

will that effect the application in any way? Also my sponsor was listed in the registered employer list with HO when i made application and the salary increased was also updated on the SMS before 10 days to be completed. What we can expect from the HO? A visit from the HO officers to check my employer is keeping all the records?

Hi, salary increase should not be an issue provided your job title did not change from what was stated on your COS.
