Date of application is the date you submit and pay online (as has been answered 100s of times already). Date of biometric appointment is irrelevant.

Hi i am currently filling up ILR application spouse 5 years route set (m) form. I need help for few questions below:
1. What kind of marriage ceremony was yours ?
We first did religious marriage then registered the marriage in the registered office. If i answer 'civil ceremony' does it sounds ok?
2. Any driving penaly.
I got penalties for standing in the yellow box in traffic two times last one year. Also once for parking ticket. All those are financial penalties and i paid immediately. Shall i need to declare those?
3. I heard few documents like bank statement cant be more than 28 days old from the issue. If i upload documents when provide biometrics using their service, home office count that 28 days from uploading date or when i submit online application?
Thank you in advance, looking forward for your answers.

1. Yes it is fine.
2. No harm in declaring and should have no effect on your ILR.
3. As already stated, date of application is the date you submit and pay online and that is the relevant date for your supporting documents. The date of UKCVAS appointment is irrelevant for this and is ONLY to enroll biometrics and document check.
