Hi Experts

My Tier 2 General was applied from Spain and my wife's was applied from India , because of this we have different valid from dates in Visa . I am the main applicant and my wife is on dependent visa .
I am eligible to apply ILR from 1 July 2019 and my wife will be eligible on 2 Aug 2019 .
Due to personal reasons i need to apply ILR ASAP , this would mean i will apply alone .

Is it an issue if we apply ILR separately ? We do have some common time post 2 Aug and before 28 Aug when both of us are eligible together .
If i apply tomorrow and i get ILR , does my Wifes visa which is dependent to my visa become invalid . And is this going to be an issue when she applies ILR post 2 Aug ?

Thanks alot in advance

No.

There is NO rule that you both must apply together. Each person can apply when they meet the 5 year required counting from date of initial visa start date.

No!!
