ILR and Dependant

Hi,
I'm applying for ILR (5 yrs -T1 Entrepreneurs or 10 years route) in October 2019. My T1 -Entrepreneur visa is due to expire on 12/10/2019 but I have a concern – i.e meeting the financial requirements for my partner( dependant). My partner has only been in the UK for 4 months. She started her first job in the UK this month (salaried job, earning more than £186000); no previous salary/work in the UK, and I have not been earning up to £18,600- the last financial year wasn't great - business-wise.
I have read the policy documents but unsure if we've met the financial requirements (pls correct me if am wrong) on the basis that my partner hasn't been employed for 6 months or more. Secondly, she has no previous employment in the UK. Thirdly, I have not earned up to the £18,600. Fourthly, we cannot combine our earnings because of the difference in the financial year.
Please what options are available if we’ve not financial requirements? Thank you for any suggestion.

Thank You
Avoid applying under the 10 year route as your wife would have to switch to a FLR(M) visa, which
does require you to meet the minimum income level.
