-> I got my Tier 2 General VISA on 27th Dec 2014.. Sponsored by Employer ABC
-> I came to UK on 15th Feb 2015 and started working for employer ABC from next day
-> New employer XYZ offered me better job, they sorted out Tier 2 General visa and I started working for XYZ from 1st Dec 2016 with Visa that Valid up to 14th Dec 2019

1. So If I consider my continuous stay in UK from date I came to UK ( 15th Feb 2015) then I will be short of 2 months to apply for ILR in Dec 2019..

2. If I calculate my entry based on Visa start date then I will be 15 days short to complete 5 years on 14th Dec 2019..

I want to know If I need to extend Tier 2 VISA for just few months in Dec 2019 or Can I directly apply for ILR in Dec 2019

Any legal advise is appreciated
