Questions on Set O online form

Filling in the Online Set (O) form and have this question :
Immigration details :
Have you previously lived in a country outside of the UK including your country of birth ?
Country details :
Country you lived in , Date you lived there from, Date you lived there to, reason you lived there.
** Upon entering the Birth / Home country details and saving, it displays a Link as :
" Add another country the applicant has visited or Lived in "
Upon clicking the link, it opens up the same set of questions as : Other country details (2)
It asks for the country lived in / from date / to date/ reason you lived there.
It doesn't provide an option to choose as visited.
Question) Do i have to enter the different countries i have visited in this section at all ?
