ILR from spouse visa/when to apply

Hi guys, I am a bit confused here trying to calculate my visa dates.

I came to the UK with Tier5 visa on 04/12/2016.
I got the first Spouse/Leave to Remain Visa on 16/09/2016. (They gave me 2 years, 6 months, 28 days)
I extended this visa for the second Spouse/Leave to Remain Visa on 04.04.2019 expires 30.10.2021
(They gave me 2 years, 6 months, 28 days again)

My question is when can I apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain? I know I need to complete 5 years. Do I need to calculate from the date I first came here with Tier 5? or Do I need to calculate the beginning of my spouse visa? If so, my first spouse visa was on 16.09.2016, when I add 5 years on, it comes to 16.09.2021. So can I apply 28 days before this date? If I can, I will be applying 28 days before reaching 60 months with Spouse Visa? So I can apply after 16.08.2021 any time for ILR?

Would it be too early as my BRP expires a bit late than that date? The date is on Brp OR duration of months are important?

I know you guys are really good at these things. I am sure someone like me applied before or can help me? :(

Thanks in advance!

It counts from the date your first spouse visa was ISSUED.

If that is within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your initial spouse visa issue date, then yes.
