Hi all
My first Tier 2 visa was issued 28/8/2014
As per guidelines I can apply by 1/8/2019 I believe
But is this the time since my ILR application submission or my appointment for biometrics,
I want to find out if I may submit my application now in the next few days and then book an appointment after 1/8/2019

Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and must be within the 28 days period. The appointment date is irrelevant.

At the end of application checklist for documents ask for
Passport
Current BRP
As well as as evidence of applicants immigration status( would it be not Passport and BRP)
Kindly advise
