ILR annual leaves clarification

Hello,

I wanted some clarification on the annual leave calculation for ILR.

Background - I’m preparing my ILR application currently have been calculating my leaves. I’m in my 6th sixth year of Tier 2 Gen visa. I was originally issued Tier 2 Gen visa in Dec 13.

Question - 1: So if I’m applying in Aug 2019 do I need to submit all my annual leaves since Dec 13?

Question - 2: in 2014 I took annual leave in Jan 2014 (23 days - carried forward from 2013) and then again took annual leave in Dec 2014 (25 days). Would this be an issue? and do I need to write in my company annual leave letter that holidays in Jan 2014 were carried forward from previous year?

Question - 3: further to above scenario - so I took total 48 days annual leave in 2014 which is obviously higher than leaves quota per year due to carry forward ones. Would this be any issue?

Guidance will be highly appreciated!

Only absences in the last 5 years matter. Annual absences will be calculated on a per residence year basis. If you have a letter for all your absences from the UK, it does not matter how many you had or carried forward
