ILR no life in the Uk test

My husband has just done his LTR application and as we got home he was reading online and realised he needed to do the Life in the Uk test, which he has not.

What will happen now? His current visa runs out at the end of this month. We are on the 5 year spousal route.

He has contacted the HO and all they have said is they will be in touch, we paid for the super priority so it should be tomorrow we hear.

I’m not sure what our next step is?

Your subject header says ILR but you refer to LTR in your message - two different things.

If he has applied for ILR, then yes LIUK is mandatory and not submitting it could result in a refusal and loss of the fees paid.

How did he miss this particular question in the online form that asks for the test information?

What nationality is your husband??
