Hi ...
i have to apply for the ILR in December. My husband has got an income of over £18600.but he has got another part time job offer. So my question is if he gets this job, he won't be able to provide 6 months wages slips for this job... so do we still can apply in CAT A or do we have to use CAT B for this?

No you cannot apply now, it is too early and it will be refused.
You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before 18th November 2019.

I have 2 questions.
1st ) my husband can provide 6 months payslips and bank statements with the same employer for ILR but on 2 statements the employer's name is different. They say "Wages" on the bank statements and rest of them are with companies name he works for. Is it going to affect my application?
2nd) my signatures are different on the passport and biometric permit. Does that make any difference?
