Entrepreneur ILR Granted

Hello All,
Currently, have applied for ILR 5 year Entrepreneur route (50K). Gave my bio-metrics on 26th june and the decision is still pending. My query is would there be a problem, if i travel to my base country for a short visit(2 weeks). Since i submitted all the soft copies and i hold all the physical docs with valid visa until september end. How true is the statement valid for my case ''be treated as withdrawn on the date that the applicant left the common travel area'' .

Very true. You cannot travel while you have an application pending.

Hi Sandeep,
I am due to apply my ILR this month, could you please confirm the list of docs you sent and kindly confirm if you sent Director's and Employees roles and responsibilities if so did you send on A4 paper with bullet points ?
What should be the maximum document size while uploading and did you upload your both BRP proof online ?

What would be your response, for my query. Haven't found any written law/rule for my case. My Question is if i got valid visa until september end, legally i can travel right.? and if i travel what are the chances of withdrawal of my ILR application.?

Was there something in my response that was unclear???
You cannot travel out of the UK while an ILR application is pending.
