Hello there,
I'm looking for a help in regards my situation, I came to the UK June 2010 and I applied for asylum my case was rejected so many times but I was appealing the decision until April 2019 I want to court and i been ranted HP for 5 years.
My question is am I allow to apply for indefinite Leave to Remain as I have been in the country for more than 9 years? if the answer is yes, how? if the answer is no, what shall I do?

Please I'm seeking help as I got so many unclear answers.

No, you need to wait the 5 years on your hp visa before you can apply.

Do you not get free legal counsel in ur situation?
You entered uk 9 years ago on a valid visa?

by who, I have my legal representative.

To qualify for ILR based on 10 years long residence, you need 10 years of legal stay with valid visas.
