Hi i am the spouse of a British citizen .
I came uk in 2014 . I am going to apply for ilr . I have a son from my previous marriage.he came in uk last year,
My question is that can my son apply for ilr with me or he need to wait for 5 continuous years.He is 11 years old . I am the sole responsible for him
