Speeding point and ILR

Dear Zimba and all respected moderator
Recently I have very bad experience kindly clarify because I am really worried
I am on tier 1 visa I got my extention in july 2019
I have drive my uncle mobility car thinking that comprehensive insurance covered it
But unfortunately I was caught by sppeding camera
I was on 37 speed 30 speed road .
Now my uncle received a letter confirming who was driver
My uncle send my details
Now what will happen because I have 5 pound on my license 2 year before
Does this effect my ILR
